Wow, this is just way too scary! Why should the state have any rights in this matter. This should be squarely in the parental camp.

The mission of the education system is to educate (hence the name), not to provide contraceptives to children. Yes, a certain number of teen pregnancies are going to happen. This doesn't give schools license to nose in.
